Jennifer Anderson is Managing Partner of Acrisure's West region. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as President of Bozzuto Insurance for more than 27 years where she played an integral role in managing operations as well as future planning for the company.

In 2018, Jennifer was instrumental in the sale of Bozzuto & Associates to Acrisure and has since served clients with Acrisure's full suite of solutions including insurance, reinsurance, cyber services and more.

A graduate of the University of Phoenix, Jennifer has been part of Bozzuto for 25 years and is active in her local Chamber of Commerce and is a Past President of CREW Silicon Valley, an organization dedicated to advancing the success of women in commercial real estate.


Dan Michelini

Dan Michelini, President and CEO of Filice/Acrisure, has 20 years of experience in the Employee Benefits space, with responsibility for revenue growth, operational excellence, and attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry.
 
He splits his time between managing the Filice organization, driving new sales opportunities, and overseeing large strategic client accounts. Dan also has developed strong carrier relationships, resulting in Filice being positioned as a Premier Partner for most major medical and dental carriers. These relationships drive great value for Filice clients in terms of pricing advantages and long-term sustainability of benefit programs.
 
Prior to Filice, Dan worked in the consulting industry, and held executive positions with a number of early to mid-stage technology companies. He earned a BA from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Dawn Alvarez is Head of Operations of Acrisure's West Region. Prior to this role, Dawn served as EVP of Client Services and Compliance of Filice, a full-service benefits consulting firm, where she managed the client service operations and lead the compliance team.

Prior to Filice, Dawn worked as an HR professional in the construction and semiconductor industries. She earned her BA from California East Bay and an MBA from Golden Gate University.

Eddie Berg is Head of Client Solutions for Acrisure’ s West Region. Previously he served as the General Manager for Beach & O’Neill Insurance Associates. Eddie spent 13 years at Beach & O’Neill beginning his career as a sales associate and working his way through the organization as a Sales Manager and Commercial Department Manager before taking over as General Manager in 2021.

As Head of Client Solutions his focus is creating best possible outcomes for the regions clients.

Kim is a seasoned executive leader with 25+ years of experience in technology, insurance, healthcare, change management, product development, and sales support leadership.

In 2017, Kim joined Bedrosian & Associates, which was later acquired by Acrisure in 2019. Kim has been an integral part of creating the bandwidth and service capabilities to support 4x revenue growth in just 4 years. Before Bedrosian & Associates, Kim held leadership roles in carrier and brokerage segments, growing teams to meet market demands.
