Human Resource Services

In 1988 Parelius Insurance Services helped found a top Bay Area HR Firm, OHR. This partnership gives Parelius Insurance Services clients access to free HR consulting, seminars and resources. Parelius Insurance and OHR work together to ensure that your company is being properly insured while maintaining HR Federal compliance.

Employer Administration

Parelius Insurance Services wants the administration of your benefits to be as simple and manageable as possible. We encourage our clients to use online enrollment and services where available, so you can get the fastest, most accurate service possible. We also offer the option for Parelius Insurance to handle your enrollments and terminations – you send us the completed forms, and we take it from there! In addition, we help resolve claims and billing issues, assist with open enrollment, and offer resources on legal and human resources concerns.

Client Resources Library

Parelius Insurance Services has expanded our Client Resources Library which now includes access to current Human Resources information. Our clients can access our Resources Library in the secured section of our website. The library is continuously updated with any current news and announcements pertaining to carrier changes and California Insurance Laws.
