Before joining the Parelius team in January of 2003, Matt worked at another broker for three years. His experience in both the Broker Services and New Business departments has given Matt valuable knowledge about the underwriting process. He is well versed with the different carriers and their variety of plans, and has the ability to easily disseminate information making him a valuable asset to the Parelius team.

Jennifer’s knowledge of legal policies, COBRA compliance and employee relations ensures her clients receive superior service and makes her a valuable asset to Parelius Insurance.

After graduating from CSU Monterey with a degree in Communications, specializing in Practical and Professional Ethics, Karlee joined the Parelius team as a Client Representative. Quickly gaining professional experience, Karlee promoted to Account Manager where her increasing knowledge in the broker services and benefit management field provides her clients with an excellent level of customer service and support.

Karli Blaydes joined Parelius Insurance Services in August 2008 as our Client Representative. Karli brings with her 15 years experience in a variety of administrative positions, most recently as an Administrative Specialist at a private school. She has demonstrated excellent customer service skills and organizational abilities. She is completely at ease in a busy office environment and is enthusiastic about her job. Her goal is to become adept in handling all of our client’s insurance needs.

Denise joined Parelius in April 2011 as our Administrative Associate, bringing with her 10 years of experience in Administration and Project Management. Although Denise has worked with Finance Brokers, she is new to Insurance Broker Services. She has great client service skills and looks forward to becoming more involved with our groups. Additionally Denise speaks, reads and writes fluent Spanish, making her a great asset to Parelius’ Latin clientele.
