New Age Electric has been with Parelius Insurance for several years. I became the New Age Electric Human Resources person in July of 2006. I had never done HR before however, Parelius set me up with a wonderful HR consultant. Furthermore, one of my biggest issues was handling insurance, especially Cobra. That is, until I began speaking with Marilyn Dort at Parelius. Marilyn has been my “angel” without her, I’m not sure if would have been able to handle things. She has taught me everything I need to know about being a benefits coordinator. I have not had too much contact with Mark, but that is because he has such a wonder staff (Marilyn, Matt, Maria, Jennifer, and Karlee) that has catered to all of my needs.
